Upon entering the office, there are two forms for you to fill out. The New Patient Form and the Healthy Living Questionnaire. These provide me with general information about yourself, your health habits, your condition and your goals. You can download these forms via the links and fill them out before your first appointment.

We will then have a consultation to discuss your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options.

Next, we will use State-of-the-art Computerized Spinal-Scan Technology, to detect areas of nerve disturbance. This technology will document and monitor the results and help to target the appropriate chiropractic care.

After thoroughly discussing your exam findings, you have the opportunity of experiencing your own Network Care treatment.
